Brisbane Catamaran Centre has been retailing since 1982 and manufacturing since 1984, which makes us one of Australia's most established multihull builders. Not only do we manufacture NACRA, MARICAT, PRINDLE and G-CAT catamarans, we guarantee to stock all parts for these boats as well as keeping all makes of catamarans serviced. Quality, proven design and performance, NACRA Always One Step Ahead

To compliment superb construction and hull design, all NACRA's are fitted with the following fine-tuning features:

Ronstan RCB Traveller Cars: runs freely under high load, allowing easy adjustment in all conditions.

Clew Traveller System: NACRA developed this unique system to compliment the boomless designs with an outhaul system.

NACRA Bridle Foil: This exclusive foil is standard on the 5.0, 5.8 and NACRA Inter 17. Its innovative design reduces stress on the hull and allows the boat to feature larger jibs that provide power down low, which reduces heeling motion. The Bridle Foil also prolongs aging of the boat.

Grey Mesh Trampoline: a polypropylene mesh with ultra-violet resistance allows for easy water drainage and wind passage for comfortable sailing.

Kick Up Rudders: A simple pivoting cleat that gives you the ability to raise and lower when beaching or racing. This is accomplished without high maintenance cams, springs or pulleys.

Captive Ball Mast Step: This simple but secure system is unique to NACRA. It allows for safe lowering and raising of the mast with no threat of the mast jumping off. This is done simply by inserting a pin through the base.

Boomless Designs: eliminating the need for a boom, through high tech sail research increases safety without sacrificing performance.

Rigging: All spars including mast, beams, foils and tillers are exclusively made for NACRA Australia, featuring heavy-duty marine anodized aluminium.

Shrouds: All shrouds and other wires are high quality stainless steel and only the best fittings are used. Roll swage fittings are also used extensively.

Foils: All foils are hand laid and only the highest quality materials are used. Brisbane Catamaran Centre manufactures a wide range of foils for all makes of boats giving them the knowledge to create light yet extremely strong foil.

Hull Design: To accent NACRA's unique hull design and construction methods the internal structure of bulkheads and sub decks provide these boats with the hull integrity of a proven winner.
